PERFORMANCE TRAINING

Strength & Conditioning

In addition to team practices, our 13s-18s teams will participate in 1-2 LAB sessions a week. LAB can include strength and agility training, yoga, and jump training.

 

These sessions will be scheduled either 1 hour before or after practice.

Details:

-5 week session (5/29, 6/5, 6/12, 6/19, 6/26)

-Wednesdays from 4:30-6pm

-$50 per session or

-$220 for all sessions
